We’re inviting a proactive student to join our Administrative Team — a hands-on role where you’ll support the daily work of a modern IT company, take part in real office tasks, and grow in a supportive environment.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A university student (2nd year or higher)
  • Interested in administrative and office-related tasks
  • Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, responsible, and quick to adapt
  • Skilled at finding and structuring information
  • Communicative and eager to help others
  • Available to work part-time from our Kyiv office (Podil)

You will:

  • Coordinate office purchases and deliveries
  • Communicate with couriers and suppliers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist the Administrative Manager and Management Team
  • Search for suppliers, services, or needed items
  • Organize internal documentation
  • Support general coordination tasks and help improve how the office runs

Senior Business Analyst (Logistic Focus)

In connection with the business growth of our activities, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Logistic Focus) to work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, deliver effective and high-quality solution designs, and ensure smooth and efficient solution development and implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of business and enterprise processes, with the ability to align business objectives with technology solutions
  • Experience working with logistics, warehousing, transportation, or related domains (WMS, TMS, ERP, CRM systems)
  • Solid knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, including using data analytics tools
  • Experience preparing functional documentation, specifications, user stories, use cases, and process descriptions
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience in Agile project delivery.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken) — required for communication with international clients
  • Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to make timely decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proactive approach, willingness to learn, and adaptability to changing project needs

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and model complex business processes and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements
  • Communicate with international clients to identify, document, and clarify business needs
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirement workshops
  • Prepare solution designs, business process models, user stories, data flow diagrams, and fit-gap analyses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — developers, consultants, QA, and project managers — throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Participate in solution configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment
  • Conduct product demos and support user onboarding
  • Provide consulting on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related business applications
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including estimates and quotations
  • Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory compliance and support during client or third-party audits
  • Help manage operational requests and troubleshooting, working closely with user groups and internal teams
  • Coordinate BA activities across different project areas to ensure consistency and quality
  • Lead requirement discovery sessions and drive strategic discussions with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to shaping BA standards, templates, and internal methodologies.

Would Be a Plus

  • Experience in system implementations from scratch
  • Participation in system integration projects (including external and customs systems)

Middle Application Consultant

We are looking for a Middle Application Consultant to join our team and support business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related enterprise applications.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in ERP/CRM consulting or business application support who enjoys analyzing business needs, communicating with customers, and helping deliver effective functional solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, participate in workshops and testing activities, and contribute to successful system implementation and optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related business applications
  • Gather, analyze, and clarify business and functional requirements from customers and stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional solutions and participate in solution validation activities
  • Participate in business process analysis, solution discussions, and system configuration activities
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and support business validation activities
  • Conduct customer workshops, demos, and end-user training sessions
  • Analyze system behavior, troubleshoot application-related issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams
  • Manage operational requests and support diverse user groups
  • Provide guidance and best practices for business process optimization and system usage
  • Participate in requirements, solution design, estimation, and testing discussions throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Verify system usability through workflow, interface, and use-case validation activities
  • Support implementation, rollout, regression validation, and post-go-live stabilization activities

Requirements:
